Cottonwood Learning is an all weather outdoor nature play program based on self directed play and inquiry learning. Children are given opportunities for deep play and nature immersion which fosters growth in body, mind and spirit.
Children and families build connections in the community with like-minded families. It is an nature play program that prioritises wellbeing and nurtures relationships and the wonderous journey of parenthood.

We get children back outdoors in nature, growing and thriving through an authentic childhood.
An unhurried childhood where children have time to just be, time to explore. Time to play and learn at their own pace. Time to engage and interact with the natural world in authentic ways. A childhood in nature that nurtures, heals and grows their bodies, mind and spirit.
A place where children make memories of jumping in puddles, climbing trees, looking for bugs, making potions, constructing bushcraft and creations with nature. A time for imagination, getting muddy, rolling down hills, building cubby houses and making new adventures everyday.
It’s a time each week where children experience a sense of wonder and awe in our natural world and follow their curiosities to enjoy the magic and beauty it offers. It’s a time for explorations and discovery and connecting to country in our community.
