Cancellation Policy

1. Please note that we cannot credit any sessions missed due to absenteeism. 2. Where available, a make up session may be utilised within the same term or block period. 3. Two weeks notice must be given if cancelling a term or block booking. 4. Should a session be cancelled due to weather or staffing, you will receive a credit for future programs.
